The Industry Pulse offer

Run your first pulse free.

One pulse on your team, free, with the read-out normally reserved for our $1,499 tier.

Signing up does not send anything to your team. It creates your account. Nothing reaches anybody until you hand over a list and press send, and you have 30 days to get around to it.

Want to see the actual report first?

How do you want it set up?
  • No card anywhere in this flow. Nothing to cancel.
  • Your team answers anonymously. The responses table has no user_id, by design.
  • Group scores stay hidden until five people in that group have answered.

We email you a one-tap sign-in link. No password to invent.

Nobody raises this in a staff meeting. You can only fix what you can see.

What you get, free

Three things the $299 tier does not include. Yours on the first cycle.

Seventeen CQI+ items on a 0 to 10 scale, about four minutes per person on a phone, all rolling up to one number: Intention to Stay.

This is the report. Yours reads on your numbers.

At-risk rules firing
  • WarnIntention to Stay

Intention to Stay is trending low. Investigate driver dimensions.

Mean 6.10. Rule: warn below 7.0.

  • WarnCompensation

Compensation is well below the benchmark. Adjacent roles in the region are within reach.

Mean 5.60. Rule: warn below 6.0.

  • WarnMediocrity

Tolerance to mediocrity. Top performers notice when underperformance is not addressed.

Mean 4.40. Rule: warn below 5.0.

Three of seven rules fired. Nothing here is critical. Critical starts at Intention to Stay below 6.0.

UpDoc AISample

Intention to Stay is 6.10 across 19 responses. Warn band. Critical starts below 6.00, so you are a tenth of a point off it, and 1.50 under the 2025 peer median of 7.60.

Your supervisors are not the cause. Supervisor averages 7.90, above the 2025 peer median of 7.65. The drag is Compensation at 5.60 against a 2024 peer median of 7.00, and Mediocrity at 4.40 against 5.00, which reads as a team that does not believe underperformance gets handled. Those two compound. People who feel underpaid and watch a weak performer coast do the math out loud.

Do this week:

  1. Three stay conversations, 20 minutes each, with clinicians under five years in. Ask which decision in the last 90 days made the least sense.
  2. Pull your pay bands against the market rate for your setting, before anyone asks you to.
  3. Name one performance standard out loud, and say what happens when it is missed.
Sample. The layout, the dimension names, the peer medians, the alert wording and the rule thresholds are the real product. The Your team column and the read above it are illustrative. Your report is generated from your own responses.

Structural, not policy

Your team will actually answer this.

The reason most staff surveys read as theater is that the boss controls the link. Ours is built the other way, and the guarantees are in the database, not in the terms of service.

UpDoc sends the invites, not you.

The email comes from UpDoc and replies come back to UpDoc. Your team is not getting a survey from the boss, and nobody has to wonder whether their answer routes past their supervisor.

There is no user_id on the responses table.

Not a setting. Not a policy. The column does not exist, so the link between a person and an answer cannot be made, by us either. Timestamps round to 15 minutes so nobody gets placed by when they answered.

Scores stay hidden below five responses.

Any group with fewer than five respondents shows no score at all. That applies to your dashboard and to ours.

If setup is the part you do not have time for

Send us your staff list and we will build the whole thing.

Names and work emails in whatever format you already have them. We create the groups, generate the codes, and send the invites from UpDoc. You do nothing but read the result. Pick the second option in the form, or email it to us directly.

The terms, plainly

If your numbers come back healthy, the report will say so and we are done.

One full cycle, your whole team, at Signal level. 30 days of access from the moment you sign in, and when your cycle closes that extends another 14 days so you have time to read the results. No card at any point. You keep the report either way.
